This door bell is nice light flashes once when door bell is rang. Would be good to have for hearing impaired person.

KB: Product arrived broken so I had to return it. I’m hoping the next one shows up intact so that I can change my review.
Update: the second one came completely intact and looks/works great! Putting it at 4 stars simply because a little more packaging effort would prevent the aggravation of sending back the broken product. Also, I find it a bit odd that

Guess what, this new door chime is identical to my 40 year old unit except the metal cover is much nicer looking.
I end up replacing just the cover and now have a soare brand new basic door chime.
