I had to drill the drain hole bigger, in my window air conditioner, for the 90 degree fitting to work. After drilling the hole bigger, the fitting locked in place and I attached the drain hose. It works great. Before I installed this, the condensation would drain from my window unit, and drip on the ground. It would eventually drip enough that it would splash mud on my siding. After installing this, problem solved.

The pipe as it is is just fine, I purchased it to drain the water out of my window AC unit. It fits just fine as well the issue I have with it is the little rubber bit at the end. It doesn't do a very good job at preventing dripping.

Honestly, why don't manufactures like Frigidaire know what size drain connector to use for their AC Window Units??? Using temporarily until my Heat pump is replaced and it's dripping on my deck.
I got this just hoping it would work (buckets don't work well in hurricanes).
It worked great on my Frigidaire FRA123CV1 but there are no instructions and the hose was a little short (watch it!) and flimsy.
If the hose falls apart I'll go to Lowes but for now I've got a connector that fits and that's what was important!!

The drain connector fit the AC but the hose didn't fit their own drain connector, I ended up wrapping tape around the drain to make it hold onto the hose. Makes one wonder why the hose doesn't fit their own part!
