Kayla Lynn AllenKayla Lynn Allen: I saw the great deal for this delicious box of gourmet biscotti, and couldn't resist buying it over Easter week for my boyfriend and his family. Presentation is everything to me, and all the items looked scrumptious so I had to buy some gourmet Colombian coffee on Amazon to go with it.
Now the problem I had with the package was it wasn't kept in a cool place, as you can see in the image my boyfriend's gift box arrived melted, pieces broken, toppings missing, and some of the biscotti were smeared.
I was trying to impress my boyfriend's family with a nice gift since they're Italian bakers and live the high life, but luckily they weren't picky about the presentation of their gift like I was.
They said the biscotti was absolutely delicious and went amazing with rich creamy coffee, so that's a plus in my book.
I'll be buying this gift again for my boss, and hopefully the gift won't arrive messy!

The cookies are tasty but are much softer than twice baked Italian biscotti, which is what I hoped for.

Bought these late in the evening on a Saturday as there was nothing sweet in the house and we had a craving. They were delivered by the next morning, which was nice.
We have mixed feelings about these, mostly because of the cons versus the price.
The pros:
They are delicious.
They are very fresh.
There is a large variety.
They were delivered overnight for free (bought them around 10 PM, they were delivered at 9 AM.)
The packaging is very pretty, and they were completely sealed.
The cons:
They are very expensive.
Like other reviewers have said, these are not truly biscotti. More like a cross between a cookie and biscotti. (don’t get me wrong, they taste like biscotti, and they are still sort of dry like biscotti – just not as dry, kind of crumbly, and if you’re truly expecting a hard, dunk-able biscotti, you might be disappointed.)

TLC: *Update* Their customer Service team reached out and offered to make our experience right which is huge in my books. Definitely worth trying to see if it is sinething you would enjoy.
These were ok but definitely overpriced. They were more like shortbread cookies than biscotti. Very disappointing.
