Shanti Mai: I bought this flameless candle set for my Airbnb, but decided not to leave the remote with the renters. Easy to do! Each has a simple switch on the bottom to turn them on and off. So - I decided to keep one for me, and I have the remote, should I choose to use it.

The candles have a very nice, organic feel to them. I almost expect them to smell of vanilla, and am now wondering if vanilla extract would work on them! :~]

Cheryl R.Cheryl R.: These were the perfect addition to our no-longer-in-use fireplace opening at our house on the cove! I paired this set with a set of six remote controlled tea lights and couldn't be more pleased! This is located in the kitchen of this older bungalow and adds a soft warm glow to the entire space. I love that the timer can be set for multiple lengths of time. An additional surprise was that one remote will control all 9 candles, so I don't have to have two remotes out.

path66002: First of all if you really want to use these candles, invest in rechargeable batteries bc once you try them, you're addicted. That's how great they are. I own several & use basically no extra electricity in the evening & night. Worth the try if you're looking for that perfect ambiance.

Seymour: I have several pets and many of my candles are on shelves. So, it's best to have flameless. I love the quality of the light (nice and warm light), the color of the candle is a nice, light ivory, and I didn't think I'd care much about the remote, but oh my goodness, I love it! And, I love that it can be programmed to automatically turn on every night and then automatically turn off after 2, 4, 6 or 8 hrs. I got these at Christmas time (Dec 2020) and use them almost every night for 2-4 hrs, and they're still going strong (as of April 2021). Love these!
