Edith Kennedy: I love all things Cajun. After taking a couple of cooking classes in New Orleans, I started making more Cajun dishes. This seasoning is perfect. Just a little adds flavor. A little more adds flavor and heat. Just keep adding until you get the taste/ flavor you want.

Buyer: I used to get the New Orleans Cajun by Weber but it’s very expensive and I run out fast. So I found this one as an alternative. I don’t know the difference between New Orleans Cajun and Louisiana Cajun but I like this blend. Will repurchase!

Kindle Customer: I used to buy this seasoning in Charleston and over covid I ran out. This was the closest I came to duplicating it and I am so addicted to the stuff! I moved to a new town and it's been harder to find so now I'm buying the big one on Amazon and filling my little bottle. I put it in my eggs. I put it on chicken and vegetables. I think I've even put it on popcorn. Highly recommend!
