Dawson Morris: It kind of pinches when i wear it without a shirt and with a shirt its hard to place right. I can never really tell where to place it so its doing the best job it can do. when its on it doesnt really fit like it should in the image. still like the product and plan to use it however, it's still really useful outside of these quirks

Haphdamned: This thing doesn't do anything to help with posture. It just keeps you from reach out with your arms! It doesn't keep your back straight or help keep your shoulders back. It pinches and is extremely uncomfortable. I've tried using it on several occasions only to be disappointed and had to take it off.

I have tried wearing it at home at my desk, driving, at work, and while just out walking. It's rides up and pinches the armpits while scraping the neck. No matter how I have adjusted it, it refuses to stay in place. I have tried putting it on myself and had my wife adjust it on me so that it couldn't be just me screwing it up.

TLDR; Don't Buy!

Max: I bought this corrector because I've seen there's a smart thingy out there which aims for the same, but it's way more expensive and I've read you don't need to always use it. So I went for this option which is cheaper and has no electronics involved. And also like the electronic option, I don't need to always wear it. I can use it for like 2 weeks and it really helps me correct my posture, and I leave it for months. When I notice I'm going back to my bad posture, I wear it again a couple of days. So it's useful, I can reuse it, and I don't have to worry about batteries and aging electronics.
Is it comfortable? In the beginning, I'd say no, but that's not a bad thing, it's supposed to be not comfortable because your posture is not correct, and its goal is to correct it. So when you change your posture it is not uncomfortable, and you can either continue using it or just stop. I guess when it starts to feel comfortable and nice, it's when the purpose was achieved.

L. CombsL. Combs: Overall, I like this back brace product. However: When adjusted tightly enough to be effective, its placement is high, between the shoulder blades — higher than a bra strap, for this female customer; and it sometimes rides up slightly. (The only way it would NOT ride up, is if I had perfect posture, which obviously I don't, or I wouldn't need this product.) It needs to be pulled down occasionally but it's hard to reach — and it's also difficult to take off, for that reason! It needs an unobtrusive STRAP or something that hangs down from the center-back, for the customer to be able to reach it.

So what I did was this: I took a small flexible bungee-cord, and with pliers I affixed it to the hidden metal loops at the back of the appliance. (See photo showing the bungee. Adding this took about 60 seconds.) NOW I can reach it to pull it down when it rides up; AND it's easier to remove. The manufacturer needs to add something like this to their product; I emailed this response to their enquiry.

Also: The loose, flappy straps (for the sizing adjustment) are somewhat an irritant when putting it on (but I can work with that).

Sharkpuncher: First off A++ to the customer service, I ordered the larger one thinking they ran small and for a 6' guy with an average build it was WAY too much material, I had the straps wrapped all the way to the end in order to make it tight and it was not comfortable, and when the seller followed up with me I asked and they sent me the smaller one no questions asked, for free. So keep the sizing in mind.
Don't go nuts making it super tight, it's easy to do at first because as you get used to it through the day it starts to feel "loose" again, but if you keep tightening it not only will you force your shoulders too far back, you'll be sore at the end of the day and not want to put it back on the next day. think of it less like something "holding you back" and more like "keeping you from slouching", it should be firm enough that you immediately notice that you're pulling your shoulders forward because it tightens against you as you lean into it, and it WILL make certain things feel awkward at first (especially picking things up) but you'll get used to it quickly and start to hold yourself straighter from it, and it's really good for making you sit up in chairs correctly...I was worse at...
