Gabrielle: The story line is rather awful and non-existent.
I laughed after we first read it because it was terrible. There is no cohesion to the lines of each page and I feel like the book is more about Spring than Easter based.
That being said, it’s great for several reasons. For my 15 month old it was the perfect Easter basket stuffer. The thick flaps to lift means she can not easily destroy the book or rip off the flaps like she’s done with her Spot the dog book. I feel comfortable keeping this in her play area for her to explore and look. She enjoyed the bright colors and the pictures and getting to interact with the book. And even though the story line is terrible, it’s still words you can read to your little.

valaita: I was very disappointed with this book. The flaps feel as though the book is used. After bending the flaps once they wont stay closed and open automatically as the page is turned. Not good quality like other similar books I've purchased in the chunky lift board book series (eg little yellow bee). Also the story is uninspired. Some pages rhyme others dont. Terribly disappointed and dont understand the positive reviews.
