Long: We received this item and used it for 10 months before there was a issue with the hand attachment cable. Contacted support and they were able to send out a new hand attachment cable quickly. Item is working like new again.

LizLiz: The picture in box does not match the drill itself. Im assuming this is a generic drill where buyer places their “brand” name on drill. Knowing this not sure it’s worth the price but bought on sale which I’m glad after finding this out.
I’m not a professional, I do my own nails. Use this to remove gel, acrylic & dip. This is my second drill due to buying a cheaper pink popular one on Amazon that stopped working after less than 10 uses. I’ve used this about 5 times & so far so good. I haven’t needed to charge since I received it which is awesome.

Hai L.: Day one I got this drill, I notice a vibration running at low to middle range speed. This is not just a normal vibration. It's like the motor bearing is off. But at high speed the vibration is gone. It's usually the opposite. At high speed motor vibrate more. I have alot of electric drills and I know what's normal and what isn't. I think my drill handpiece is defective. There are things I like about the drill. I try to contact the seller for resolution. No response from them for a week. I email them again and no response again. This tells me they don't care about their customers after the sale. They have warranty on this drill too. But if they don't respond, what good is warranty. I would not trust their warranty at this point. I'm still in the window for returns. I don't think I'll keep it not with these poor handpiece performance and customer service.
Update: Customer service saw my review and contacts me. They've sent me a new drill asap. There was a miscommunication within the email I sent. Everything is cleared up. I'm happy with my new drill and they do stand behind their products.
