It's weird that most blood pressure monitors are powered by battery only. Batteries die and have to be replaced. Who carries their monitor around all the time? This one has batteries and a plug and it works fine.

Bought Aviche and the Greater Goods BP monitor to compare. The Aviche was $10 less and seems to be a bit more accurate readings. The Greater Good monitor has larger swings in BP numbers and the 'heart beat' signal is a tick delayed from actual pulse beat, the Aviche heart signal is instant right in time. Both give similar BP numbers. The Aviche cuff is easier to put on arm. The Better Goods monitor face is more modern prettier looking if that counts for anything. Go with Aviche and save $10 too.

I have tried and tried to get this unit working, only to hit a error code that says the cuff is faulty.
I have disconnected the cuff so to allow free flow of air it doesn't offer a puff of despair, only a random click.
I need to return this unit as it is a rogue unit and hope to recieve a replacement.
