Michael Johnson: I really like how much more I can see from these, and the turn signals are super visible, which should help me make sure I don't turn into anybody in my long truck. The mirrors bounce very little while driving, even in wind. I didn't have heated mirrors before and I'm not sure I have the button to turn them on. But I live in SoCal and defrosting mirrors has never before crossed my mind.

I had one small issue during the install. The driver's side wire was much shorter than the passenger side. I wasn't able to follow the route of the original wiring, I had to go directly across the door and put a hole in the insulation to get it through. I am not worried about it, but oddly the passenger side was about 2 inches longer than it had to be.

Overall, super happy with these mirrors.

Lee: I got these mirrors in and they feel and look really nice, The install was painless, took much longer to get the door panels off than to install the mirrors. Turn signals and adjustment features work fine, haven't tested the heat yet. One thing about them is the passenger mirror is very shaky riding down the road. Drivers side is rock solid. I do notice that the pivot mounting points are sloppy on the passenger side. Drivers side is tight. I am curious if these can be adjusted to be tighter. I can tell that shaky mirror is going to drive me insane.

Riley SnyderRiley Snyder: These were a breeze to install once I figured out how the door panel came apart. These are a significant upgrade from my old, worn out standard mirrors, and look, function, and fit like OEM tow mirrors. The mirror glass is very clear with no warps in it, and the motors move the glass around very smoothly. These really completed the look of my 2500HD so that it looks like a proper truck.

Nick Cooper: They work okay. But one mirror is really really shaky. Not surprised or too upset by that considering the price point.

I could probably return it and get another set but then I would have a truck with no mirrors until I get the new set. So probably won’t bother.

Overall decent product, just wish the actual mirrors themselves were a little sturdier.

Amazon Customer: This was bought for a friend. He says it makes a huge improvement when hauling his trailer. Was a bit of a challenge to install but that was due to the makeup of his truck, nothing to do with the product.

First set - Out of the box, the passenger side mirror rattled and I worked it around until a random screw fell out.

Went to install them and after disassembling my door panel I thought "I should probably test these". One of the LEDs in the mirror signal didn't work.

Hooked up the passenger side to test it before I got as far as I did with the driver's side. Same thing, a dead LED.

I added a picture to show what they look like on my truck vs the stock mirrors.

I reinstalled my old mirrors and will be contacting the company.

Other than that, these mirrors seem sturdy/ well made, and they give you a baggie of hardware and zip ties to properly secure the wiring in the door, as well as new foam gaskets for between the mirror and door panel. Mine had been folded over in shipping, but leaving it under a stack of books for a while seemed to fix it.

I'll update this review pending outcome from the company.

Tommy k.: I ordered a replacement because I thought the up and down didn’t work in the mirror itself. Turns out it’s in the harness on the vehicle end cause I got it working when I went to change it out. Before taking off the original ordered mirror I plugged the new one in to try it first. That’s when I saw the broken tab for the plug on the replacement mirror end. I had to send one set back so the newer replacement set it is. I got the original working with some electrical freeze for the connector. Not bad do the job I needed so far after one time needed use

Brian Baker: These mirrors are a perfect fit and fast install. No noticeable vibration at road speeds. They improve your vision to the rear and sides of the vehicle by a huge amount. The lower mirror allows you to adjust it down so you can actually see your rear tire. This allows you to judge the distance between the lines while backing into a parking space. They also allow you to see the parking curb when backing into a space. Pull them out while pulling a trailer, and you can see the back end of the trailer no problem. These are very close to the OEM mirrors that come on 2500 and 3500 trucks with the town packages. Highly recommended!
