VonFlow: I first purchased these at a German market. Then found them here they cook up beautifully have made them several times. They were wonderful for Octoberfest just put gravy over them.

Nancy J. Luther-Kasemeier: Spaetzle or pasta made from scratch is always the best, but if one is short for time or for ease of use, then the pre-packaged items can fill the need and I can recommend this brand which I have used for several years. Easy to cook and it tastes just fine. I serve with butter, grated Parmesan cheese. When I make Rinderrouladen, I use the pan juices, a little flour mixed with some German beer and cook till thick, my beer gravy. If I don't have beer handy, I use Knorr German sauce mixes as they work very well to serve over the spaetzle. I have also served this brand with chicken and pork schnitzel, bratwurst and Weißwurst sausages, Sauerbraten and trout.

Cara Mehrer Brodie: I cook for myself and my husband, and get four meals per bag, usually combining the spaetzle with a Hungarian ghoulash or a German dish like sauerbraten. If using the product for a side dish, you could easily get much more per bag, but we use the product for a bowl meal.
