Sherri: I’ve had this vacuum just about 8 months now and though it was amazing at first (albeit a bit difficult to maneuver), it has turned into a piece of junk. It started off with great suction and strong power on the carpet brush, but now regardless of how much I clean the filter and brush and replace the bag, it just is not sufficient. It’s lost it’s suction and the brush barely turns and is basically useless on carpet. It has been used only as a basic household vacuum, in a house with a dog, and it just doesn’t cut it anymore. I’m looking for an alternative now that will hopefully last longer than 8 months. Disappointed.

Karen W.: I have bought many in the past for others, because that is how well I thought of them. They SHOULD COME WITH HORSEHAIR BRUSH, DO NOT TRUST THE OTHER PART FOR FLOORS AND CARPET; it wears down and will scratch a wood floor, etc. The power head is okay and will do a minimal job. I have bought horsehair floor brush for ours in the past. Things these days , just are not what they used to be. These do not hold up like they used to and seems to be made cheaply, now a days.

Ester: Have this vacuum for almost a 1,5 years and did not disappoint.
No it’s not at good as the really expensive high brand vacuums but for its price you get a good vacuum with good power. This red vacuum does a good job on my carpet and linoleum flouring. It comes with several attachments handy to get into all types of corners.

Roch Grondin: Un peu gros pour une femme mais parfait pour un homme. Très bonne aspiration . Dégage de la chaleur
vers l'arrière . Tuyau flexible un peu délicat mais convenable. Le tuyau de métal télescopique devrait être
plus extensible. Présentement j'en suis très satisfait. Je ne l'utilise pas pendant de trop longues périodes
pour m'assurer que le moteur ne surchauffe mais je crois qu'il est bien conçu quand-même. Je le recommande.

Viola: Great little vacuum. The only thing is the power cord location personally think it should have been a little higher from the floor. As for performance it is lots strong for my use. Very happy with it.

GracieLou731GracieLou731: I bought this vacuum because I needed an affordable HEPA canister vacuum for a cleanup project. This vacuum is serving me well for the project. But I would want something a little more substantial for everyday long-term use.

The vacuum comes with 2 vacuum bags (one already installed and an extra one in the box), a hose, a wand, and 5 attachments (carpet, hard surface, furniture, brush, crevice).

As others have noted, the hose is made out of a lightweight/thin plastic. Based on other reviews and pictures posted, I'm handling the hose pretty gingerly to get through my project.

The adjustable wand is made out of a substantial metal.

The carpet and hard floor attachments are almost 12 wide (see pictures), but the other attachments are really small. The carpet attachment has one just one row of bristles. I do not have carpet, but I would imagine this would work fine on very low-pile carpet, but you might want a better attachment for medium to high-pile carpet. The floor attachment, while it's almost a foot wide, only has a 2 to 3 inch area to suck up dirt and dust. You may as well use the furniture attachment. I put it on low speed and its good if i put it on high speed then may be it can swallow my kids hahaha lol.. am joking
I gave it only 4 stars because its have like burning smell when i turned it on.. but because of how it clean home then i can be not so much focusing on the smell..
Also it has a good parts with it and strong..
And am amazed how some people put that its can be broken easily.. as i see its strong and we have to be smooth with it and with all electric appliances we have to be smooth..
Am happy with it and highly recommend

Lorie K. Irland: First- I never write reviews because I worry that someone might find them to be inaccurate based on their own experiences, but this vacuum is THAT wonderful that I felt I had to. I wasn't familiar with the Atrix brand, but did a little research and found out they were an established commercial brand (commercial= built to last in my experience). I have owned multiple canister vacuums of known brands that were either too loud, too heavy, or cheaply made. This Atrix is NONE of those.
PROs: 1. Quiet- I have a cat that is afraid of vacuums. He does not move when I use this vacuum.
2. Lightweight- I carry it up and down carpeted stairs as I vacuum them very easily.
3. Great Suction-I have 2 dogs and a cat and a messy family. It works great on my hardwood floors. It has a
separate attachment for carpets that works great on those as well.
4. Maneuverable- The wheels turn easily and the vacuum head swivels in multiple directions to fit under
furniture and cabinets.
5. Retractable cord- Always a plus!
6. Metal handle- Although this entire vacuum is lightweight, the handle is made of metal and it does not feel cheaply
made.
