Lea H: I gave it four stars on “easy to use” only because I thought the one that goes on the back of the wheelchair would have a larger opening. Because it doesn’t, it limits what can be put inside. Otherwise, it’s very nice, well made, and fashionable. The strap for the large bag is nice in case you need it.

Golden Lover: I got this bag set for my Mom and she really likes them. Both bags have nylon straps with buckles as of July 2021 and there is no longer any velcro on the straps. This makes them sturdy and easy to use. The floral pattern is pretty and the pouches are made of vinyl, so are easy to clean. Her wheelchair has large wheels so we attached the smaller pouch to the inside of the handle and it works well there.

Elizabeth: I just received this, however I wanted to leave a review because I was pleasantly surprised when I took it out of the packaging. I had been reading the reviews complaining about the velcro on the bag being too weak and causing it to fall, so I was already planning on having a crafty friend sew some buckles onto it. Imagine my surprise when I pull the bag out of the envelope to see two click-style buckles attached to it instead! I’m very happy that I will be able to use the bag right away now rather than having to adjust it.

Knocked one star off as the side pouch still has velcro and it has already caught on my clothes multiple times. Switching the velcro out for buckles here would be a smart move.

Darlene: I bought these for my mother-in-laws wheel chair. They look beautiful and I love the material! I have had them on the chair for several days, but today was the first time we got to use them. The side pouch is great for mom's sunglasses so she doesn't have to depend on us anymore to get them or put them away for her. The back pouch holds both our Bibles when we go to church which means we don't have to put them on mom's lap anymore! We did not realize they are getting too heavy for her! The only thing with the backpack is that if I fold mom's handles down on the wheelchair (which I do when I transport her and the chair), the bag falls off. I am afraid of having to do and undo the Velcro to put it back on and/or to get the Bibles in and out (the Bibles are too big to get them all in while on the chair). This is the only reason I gave it four stars instead of five. I will definitely keep working with it to see how to make it work best and last long for us! Customer service is exemplary with this company!
