Anth C: Have fair amount of Arteza products and have to say this is the only one wished I hadn’t bothered with. Firstly, the packaging is awful. It is flimsy cardboard and you have to be into origami to fold it back up again. On first use trying to fold back up, they all fell out and landed on the floor, damaging the leads on some. I have used again and still found packaging frustrating. What happened to the sturdy tins that others are packaged in!! Then the colours…they are very muted and honestly not that metallic unless you hold in the light. Not a great range of colours either unless you like pinks and purples. They cover ok I guess but all in all would I buy again?? No I wouldn’t- very disappointed in these. Glad didn’t pay the price they should have been. Sorry Arteza…….have nearly all the alcohol pen sets, watercolour pencils and mica powders all which are amazing, but these just don’t deliver I’m afraid.

D BolenD Bolen: I can’t give a very good review of these Arteza Classic 50 Pastel colours coloured pencils because I am missing one colour - A626 and instead I received two A622 colours. I do not need two A622 colours, what I need is the missing colour A626. There is a handy colour chart on the back which helped me figure out what colour was missing. That is very helpful but I am more than a little disappointed in the fact that one colour is missing. I have another 72 set of Arteza Classic Bright Colours coloured pencils and they were all there but I did not buy them on Amazon. I love how Arteza coloured pencils are somewhat translucent, not totally opaque. They are less expensive than other brands too, so if you are looking for a somewhat inexpensive brand Arteza fit the bill. But, the fact that they forgot to put in the A626 pencil in my 50 Pastel Colours I bought on Amazon is very concerning. I love all pastel coloured pencils and any coloured pencils for that matter but the main thing when purchasing any art supply is to get what I pay for. I did not get the entire set so I only gave this set 3 stars, it would not be giftable in my opinion so that is why I only gave it 1 star. Value for...

FILL: These are a good addition to my large selection of colored pencils. The colors are different from most of my sets. I use them all the time in combination for shadows and all kinds of skies. They're perfect when you need light subtle color. I love Arteza products because I find them to be high quality for a lower price.

Juliana Ingram: These are very nice pencils. There are a good variety of colors. The colors are rich and go on smoothly. The pencils are a triangular shape and easy to hold. The only thing I didn't like was that the name of the color is not printed on the pencil. The only identifier is a number on each pencil. This makes it a little more difficult to tell some of the colors apart. Other than that, I think they are good quality pencils.
