TC: The faucet looks and works great! A plumber installed it, so I don't know how easy it was or how good the instructions to install the faucet were. When I was unable to register for the warranty, Arofa registered it for me. They also sent me a gift for my trouble. I would definitely recommend this faucet and company.

asah63: While getting under the sink and having to work upside down on your back is not easy, installing faucet went fast and easy. Removing old faucet was more difficult. All hoses fit and after connected didn't leak any, avoiding andy refitting. Biggest problem is getting used to handle operating differently from old one.
I hate to throw away something that I feel could be fixed if designed to do so, and relatively simple.. A washer would have fixed the leak but I couldn't get to it. This one looks like it can be repaired if something malfunctions.

Scarlett TurnerScarlett Turner: I was so nervous about installing this faucet myself, but I cannot believe how unbelievably easy the process was. I feel so handy! Haha! This works very well so far, and it looks absolutely gorgeous in my kitchen. I wish I had taken a pic of the old faucet: it was ok-looking but it was chrome and the left handle leaked. Anyway, this was a much needed and inexpensive upgrade to add a modern touch to my outdated home. I don’t expect it to last super long, but if the price is still reasonable when this one goes out, then I will definitely repurchase several times over.

Julio R.: La llave realmente se ve muy bien, no es complicada de instalar pero nos llevamos una gran decepción al estar en los pasos finales (conexión de la manguera del agua caliente a la red de la casa) porque la rosca estaba dañada, se barría al momento de intentar ponerla en el conector de la red de la casa. Muy mal control de calidad, dado que es nueva... Nos quedamos con muy mal sabor de boca y tuvimos que quitarla y poner la llave que teníamos anteriormente, así no sirve el grifo. Ahora tendremos que desmontar la llave y buscar el repuesto de la manguera o regresarla y comprar otra, obviamente de otra marca. Una gran pérdida de tiempo todo esto.

Florian Z.: Die Überwurfmutter passt nicht auf mein 3/8 Zoll Eckventil. Für 1/4 Zoll ist das Gewinde allerdings zu groß. Entweder hat der Hersteller ein völlig untypisches 5/16 Gewinde (oder irgendwas dazwischen) reingefräst oder die Fräse wurde nicht richtig eingestellt und/oder das Gewinde für 3/8 nicht richtig fertig geschnitten.
So oder so ist das so nicht ohne weiteres montierbar. Die Mitarbeiter in einem namhaften Fachgeschäft waren auch relativ ratlos und konnten mir kein passendes Reduzierstück verkaufen. Somit geht die Armatur, die an sich mit einer ansprechende Anmutung daherkommt, leider zurück.
Nachtrag:
Ich verbessere die Rezension von 1 Stern auf 3 Sterne, weil mir der Hersteller des Artikels versichert hat, dass er sich die Kritik zu Herzen nimmt und die Armatur künftig mit einem kompatiblen Anschluss ausliefern wird. Die Kommunikation war zudem überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Amazon KundeAmazon Kunde: Wasserhahn wird mit 1/4 Zoll Anschlüssen geliefert! In der Beschreibung bei Amazon wird dieser mit 3/8 ausgewiesen. Leider habe ich den Hahn erst mühevoll montiert und mich dann umso mehr darüber ärgern dürfen dass dieser sich nicht anschließen lässt. Auch Marken Bauhäuser haben keinerlei Adapter. Auf den Bild zu sehen links der kleinere Anschluss rechts der deutsche Standardanschluss! Ich habe mich daher entschieden den Hahn zurück zuschicken.
Ansonsten macht der Hahn einen hochwertigen Eindruck, obwohl an einer Stelle die Legierung angekratzt war. Der Hahn ist sehr leicht, mein früherer und jetzt neuer Hahn von HansGrohe ist dreimal so schwer und steht deutlich standfester. Der Hahn kommt aus LasVegas daher dauerte der Versand 2 Wochen.

This faucet is very well made, and comes with a decorative plate for using it on a 3 hole sink. Better yet the plate has seal material that eliminates the need for plumbers putty in most applications, except very wet ones.
The faucet comes with long supply hoses that terminate with 3/8 tubing fittings, eliminating the need to buy separate hoses to connect the faucet. The hoses are clearly market with red and blue tracers to indicate hot and cold connections.
The only tool needed was an adjustable wrench to tighten the fittings to the existing water valves. You might find a large pliers to help with attaching the weight to the hose for the retractable head.
Overall an outstanding value when compared to the big box store prices and availability
