Sacred: These buns were delicious. They held together well and didn't disintegrate under the pressure of my burgers and it's greasy rivers of flavor! YAY, you can stop reading here and go buy some.
But for those of you with developed minds... what kind of magic lives in these here buns? They don't mold. It wasn't some deliberate action on my part or anything. I wasn't in need of growing penicillin. If I had been, I wouldn't have been able to write this review. It didn't mold. Week two... three... a month??!!!!!!!! The rules of bread forbid one to keep month-old bread products and be willing to eat them. After that time, bread is supposed to challenge a garden for its source of greenery. It's supposed to lure pharmacists to your door begging for access to your medicinal ecosystem. But not this bread. I thought it was the potatoes but, potatoes come from the ground. I cannot understand it. To test my discovery, I made a bologna and cheese sammich and used a month-old bun ready to be over-taken by invisible spores of ick. However, it was tasty.
