Lauren Camelotto: I have a cat that for some reason never really learned to cover her poop with litter. Over the years, I’ve usually bought whichever litter was the cheapest or easiest at the moment, so I’ve used Ultra, Tody Cats 24/7, Tidy Cats lightweight, Arm&Hammer Super Scoop, Arm&Hammer Multi-Cats (I have 2 cats), to name just a few. Absolutely none of them have helped with odor as much as Clump & Seal Microguard 7 Day! The litter is also more fine than Tidy Cats and Ultra, and sometimes my cat will half cover her poop (maybe this whole time it’s been a texture issue?), but even when she doesn’t cover it, the smell is dampened considerably with this litter. I don’t have to use any extra powders/sprays/odor sealers! Not to mention the litter also clumps exceptionally well. I think I’ll be sticking with this litter from now on.

Joel and Natalie: We have 3 cats and used Tidy Cats litter for years, but we were so sick of all the dust! Our litter boxes are in the bedroom, and everything was constantly covered with a layer of dust. After doing some research on Amazon, we decided to try this because of good reviews. Overall, it has been a very positive switch. This litter has a faint, pleasant smell, and is much finer than Tidy Cats. The finer texture means less tracking on the hard floors. After a week of use, we noticed a huge change in the amount of dust. Hardly any at all! As far as odor goes, it seems to be controlled pretty well as long as we keep it scooped frequently. The cats have no issues with it and are using it just fine.

I do have a couple of small complaints. The Clump & Seal feels much more dense...not sure if that's the best word...but it takes more muscle to push the scoop through it. Also, I feel like we're constantly adding more litter! I'm not sure if more gets removed with each scooping compared to other litters, but we have definitely been having to buy litter more often. With the higher price, that could become a problem eventually.

gos1: This is really worth the slightly high price. I've been looking for a litter that clumps well, doesn't track all over, and most importantly doesn't reek of perfume or of cat pee/poop. Prior to trying this, we were using the arm and hammer dual whatever. It worked OK. It started to smell after two weeks or so even with daily scooping. I bought this stuff when I saw it on sale and its so much better. Lightly scented, clumps even better than the other type, and doesn't smell strong even after a full month of use. I think it a box even goes farther despite being 28 lbs vs 40. This stuff is finer and tracks but you don't notice it as much since its small grains more like sand than stepping on rocks. It also seems to stop any urine from reaching the bottom of the litter box even when the litter levels are getting low (1-2 inches vs 3-4). I think this is the reason it smells less at the end of the month. Anyway, definitely worth trying especially at the price Amazon sells it.

sorrowsangel89: I love that I can order this online- it's cheaper than in stores, has more litter and needless to say, is GREAT litter. I'm sure I've already reviewed this somewhere else, but I love Arm and Hammer products. So when they came out with kitty litter, I immediately jumped on it. This has a little bit of a dust issue, but significantly less than anything else I've tried. No harmful crystals, clumping seems to be pretty efficient, the odor control is AWESOME. I used to use Tidy Cats litter, which tracked EVERYWHERE, made my whole house smell like ammonia, despite the fact that my cat has never gone outside her litter box, and didn't clump for crap (no pun intended). Ugh. Clump and Seal was an answer to my prayers. No more litter somehow ending up in my couch, bed, carpets, and clothes, no more ammonia smell, no more heavy dust in the air, no more pee lined litter box. Thank you Arm and Hammer! You did it again.

Szlyna: I was given a little kitten about a month and a half ago and had bought some really cheap "allergy-free" kitty litter at Walmart for $1.16 for basically a two pound bag. That litter made it horrible to breath with because of all the dust it produced. My room was covered in dust and all I was doing was coughing. I decided to try a couple different litters from Arm and Hammer, I love the whole clump and seal, it makes cleaning the litter box so much easier! Plus I really like the product is pretty much a low-dust/dust free litter. I also think my kitten likes it because he likes playing in it! >.<

There is a few crumbles though that do show up when cleaning the litter, but it's not entirely bad. The product; I feel, works as it should. I don't think the odor is that powerful either, when pouring it or cleaning it, unless you're super sensitive to smells. The smell factor should be fine and mild. The only time I smell the kitten droppings is when I'm cleaning it and putting it in a bag. Other than that. I would totally recommend this litter to anyone who has a cat. I even ordered another 28 lb box! ^.^
