Becky Blanton: The clumping of this litter is better than any I've tried. I have two cats, both older, and both pee like frat boys at a beer bash. This stuff soaks it up, has no odor, easy to scoop too. I highly recommend it.

loretta: KITTY LITTER DELIVERY not such a good idea.... I just had surgery done couldn't make it to the store so I thought I would order it online.. I knew it would be a heavy because I ordered two 14 lbs boxes so requested for it to be delivered to my front door.. Which it wasn't.. Instead it was delivered and shoved into the Hub locker. Even though it had multiple big yellow stickers on the big shipping box stating HEAVY you think they would automatically bring it to your door anyway.. Could barely get it out of the locker, heavy and a very tight fit! Then getting it back to my car was a B****.. Got home opened up shipping box from my car because would be easier to carry 2 of them seperately into my home, and hello there was litter crumbs everywhere.. One box was a little crushed so litter came out of that one, and the second box didnt have that little top cover with the handle at all so they put a piece of clear tape over that opening which of course didnt stick, So kitty litter spilled out from there and ended up leaving a mess in my car as well . It just ended up being a big mess and a harder task that I didnt even think of lol. Especially with the second box.... So maybe think twice...

Alissa C: So most of my review is going to sound like a giant complaint, so it probably seems weird that I'd give this 4 stars.
But...I think it is a good product, and Arm & Hammer makes excellent cat litters. This product just really sucked for my use. I think for a lot of people, in many situations, it is a great choice.
Situation: 2 cats. 1 automatic litter box, specifically the Litter Robot II. Situated in the "utility" closet (aka the central heater & water heater closet) which is in the middle of my kitchen. City garden (basement) flat with minimal ventilation (aka not a lot of windows, and those few are small and at ground level). All of which is to say that odor control is a very important issue. My cats are on a high quality diet, so their waste doesn't smell as bad as a cat that's eating a cheaper food...the food they eat has a huge impact on the smell of their waste (and of course their overall health, etc, etc). But I still have two creatures pooping about 10 or so feet from my food prep area, so mild smell or not, I still want to control it.
Pros:
+ Clumps fairly fast and stays solid. Some of the fast-clumping litters will clump, but then the clumps...

All positive 4 & 5 Star reviews above are right on. This is the best litter I have found.
No odor at all. No cat smell and no nasty overpowering fragrance smell.
I learned about this product, of all things, on a chat among cat ladies on Facebook that started on a whole other subject. I am not a cat lady but I have a cat who came with our barn when we bought our farm 11 years ago. He is so wonderful, I would do anything for him.
I had recently come home and the fragrance (not the cat smells) of the litter I had been using was so overwhelming I was shocked and embarrassed. (Who else had noticed that smell and not mentioned it? I am home most of the time, so must have become accustomed to the fragrance. That day, I had been out most of the day. When I walked in, there was no avoiding it, Yuck!)
Well, the above-mentioned chat turned to cat litter and this product was mentioned universally as one of the top two and all used it either exclusively or in conjunction with the other.
