Mike Cee: Works wonders when I do my bi-weekly trips to my old neighborhood pork store, which is about a 20 minute ride away. I put a freezer brick at the bottom and usually another smaller one in somewhere. Holds my meat order easily, which is usually about 10 pounds worth of chicken breasts, 3LBs of chicken cutlets, 3LB of chop meat, a Sunday sauce kit of sausage, pork, chop meat, and braciole, and other stuff I might need to stock up on like a pound or two of grated pecorino Romano.

Hell, sometimes during a BBQ week I’ll even fit in a 20 pack of black bear hotdogs from shop rite in with everything else and the zipper still closes easily!

Great bag overall for the price, sturdy and keeps things cool. Never felt like the bag was going to rip or break when carrying my stuff around.

JF: I purchased this because I wanted a cooler that could collapse and be packed in a suitcase. It worked great for that purpose. In our everyday life, this cooler has been frequently used (maybe because our other coolers are 5 qt and 48 qt, nothing in-between!). It comes if we are going to the park for a picnic or tubing down the river. I've personally never put more than 24 cans in here but with ice it easily weighed over 25 lbs and was not a problem. The tote does a good job keeping things insulated and cool. My only complaint is that the tote is not waterproof despite the claim of "leak proof lining." It's certainly something I can live with now that I know it will leak. It is "waterproof" for a couple hours but I think it becomes saturated with water and eventually leaks to the outside. Overall would recommend!

Fractal Cat: i bought this Arctic Zone bag for $13 prime last week. for the past three or four years (if not more), i have used the $6 insulated bags from costco, with a plastic interior, a material exterior, and foam in-between. they were inexpensive and fairly durable, but after heavy use, both bags finally gave out, one last year, and the other last week. i never used them for shopping, rather to keep items like my iPhone and iPad cool in the car during working hours (i teach at a prison and electronics aren't allowed inside), as well as credit cards and other items that can deform and/or melt in the heat of a vehicle in our arizona summers. it is a brutal beating for the bags, day in and day out. each day i put two frozen cold pacs in a bag. while nothing would fry, only things next to the cold packs would stay really cool, and items at the top of the bag would get almost hot. it was a bit problematic.

this Arctic Zone bag has something like a mylar interior, and i found that the coolness from the frozen cold packs distributed evenly throughout all parts of the bag. frosting on brownies that were intentionally placed at the very top of the bag (as a test) didn't get warm and melt,...

KLH: The pictures of this cooler bag aren't deceiving but I really didn't think the bag was going to be as big and spacious as it is! That's a GOOD Thing! It stores way more than it appears it can, and it really does keep things cool for a decent amount of time. Not frozen, not ice-cold, but lightly chilled which is all I really need.
The bag is made of seriously durable material- the outside is thick canvas-like black and blue fabric, which is easily washed and wiped; the inside is a fairly thick silver lining that is easily wiped too. The bag does not 'smell', which I've found a lot of them do have a strong vinyl or insulation smell- a quick wipe with a Lysol sheet takes care of any unusual odors.
The zipper looks a little cheap compared to the rest of the bag because its the thick-looking plastic kind (like when little kids learn to use a zipper)but it works just fine- no snags yet.
I love that this bag folds up well too; easily stored away in our pantry. You could probably even keep it in the freezer if you've got enough room (the bag is long when its folded) but I don't know if that would really help keep food stay cooler in the bag for longer as they are no ice packs in...
