StoicBlueStoicBlue: The spacer is not the right size for their own aquarium size. Leaves a 1/4- 1/2 inch gap at the back of the tank which is ridiculous. Tank size is a 29 gallon and the lid fits the length perfectly just not the depth.

Eric SeversonEric Severson: The width is barely wide enough to cover the tank opening, instead of resting squarely in the rim. The length sits securely on the rim. The plastic part is slightly shorter than the glass which I find to be convenient for running my tubes and wires. My first shipment arrived shattered but Petco quickly sent me a replacement. I'd like this to come with multiple plastic strips of different widths for a better fit. It should still get the job done and I am reasonably satisfied.
