Trapperdad: This is so much nicer than those alkaline battery powered bait bucket pumps. Charge it up, drop in the bubbler and hit the power button. I had mine running for 5-6 hours and the battery was still near full. Maybe I will fire it up after work and see if it is still running 24 hours later. It is quiet and doesn't vibrate much. I would buy this again, if needed.

Sure does produce a lot of bubbles!
It is louder than expected but for emergencies that is fine.
As noted I did multiple test and it only runs 24 hours on the low bubble setting, with 10 secs on 10 secs off. With low setting and on continually it last 12 hours.
So the product description is NOT accurate. I've fully charged it over night.
Charge time 3hr 30mins.
Measured with current meter using even a fast USB charger it still only accepts 1 watt (same as regular power wall wart)

joey: Works perfectly well. Gives me the extra few houses needed when the power goes out and gives me comfort that the fish will be ok during extended period of power outages.
A great backup that is a must.
