SimonF: just installed the faucet. Right away I noticed that it has a slow drip from the faucet when turned off.
Also note that it used 1/4" tube for water in, while the common standard is 3/8".
I would have returned it, but didn't want to get into the trouble of dismounting it and then reinstalling another one.

Chris C: Love this! Beautiful, well made faucet for water filter. And a fraction of the price of similar brand name products. It is a slightly dark brushed Nickle finish, so keep that in mind if color matching the regular water faucet.

EF: There were many unanswered FAQs so I decided to put them all into one review.

The faucet I received, sold by Amazon, is a Likuan model NCP8883CP with the configuration: Interior lead-free brass and plastic design with NP-Brush Nickel color. Likuan also makes a low lead brass faucet but that's the not model I received.

The faucet is also available with an air-gap, pre attached tubing, and quick connect design. However, those options are also not included in this configuration. Unfortunately the lack of these features many complicate installation, as it did in my case. If I was aware these option were available for this faucet I likely would have sought them out since this has so far been a great replacement faucet.

The largest issue installation. If you're not a maker at heart and have minimal DIY experience that faucet may be a challenge to install. The instructions are printed on the back of the box in the form of a service diagram. There are no steps and no sentences. Almost every word printed in reference to installation refers to a part name and size. If you cannot follow the diagram you may need to seek help from a home improvement...

Mad Martian: Pros:
Knob can be positioned to your liking.
Spout swivels, though generally is not in the way at a kitchen sink.
Pressure is significantly better than with the air-gap faucet this replaced.
The plastic hole adapter made for adapting to a larger hole (such as a soap dispenser hole) fit perfectly.

Cons:
Installation is a pain due to the water supply line and the mounting tube being one in the same.
Needed to purchase additional parts to accommodate the larger hole of a soap dispenser that this replaced. It came with a plastic adapter for underneath, but should also come with a metal piece that matches the faucet for on top. The base is about the same size as a soap dispenser hole, thus would be unstable if I didn't add a piece of metal and a rubber washer under the base.

Tip: Normally because the supply line is also the mounting tube, you need to install the faucet first before connecting the supply line, which is difficult since you will have nothing to hold in place when connecting the supply line. Since I was installing in a larger hole anyway, I got around this by putting all the nuts and washers in place except for the plastic hole adapter. I...

waetherman: We ordered a water filtration system when we did our kitchen renovations, but were very disappointed that all the filtration systems came with spouts that looked like they came from a dentist office. So we ordered the European Style replacement and found it to be much better quality and design, and well-worth the price. Installation of the unit was very easy - handy instructions were clear, and the whole thing took just a few minutes with an adjustable wrench. The unit is very well constructed for the most part; solid, quality steel with a nice finish that very closely matches the style and finish of our faucet. I particularly like the handle for the faucet - the action is smooth and, unlike the faucet that came with our water filter, it doesn't need to be held open, which is handy when filling large water bottles, teapots, etc. The only thing I'm not entirely pleased with is that there is a little bit of play between the spout and the base - not very noticeable, but it is possible to wiggle a bit and I wish the fit were tighter.
