Mark Hughes: I tried this vacuum because of the horizontal nature of the halo, hoping it would not get stuck on the steps. I got it yesterday and tried it today and it seems to have worked quite well. It didn't get stuck once. I was also able to leave my solar heating running while using it; which was not the case with my previous vacuum. The 1 star demerit was the result of the packaging being pretty beat up upon arrival.

Suzie Q: Follow the directions and it will work as it is supposed to, I didn't follow the directions and first and it didn't work right. Working fine now that I followed the directions and used all the parts properly.
