Tony HaagTony Haag: Okay....I've had a lot of GPS units....mostly all Garmin, and have used them way before they were so cool. I've always stuck with the Garmin 3597s in about all my vehicles...just used to them, they're bombproof, and really as good any still. Garmin is the best for sure, but their mounts have always left a lot to be desired. I have a whole tub of leftover mounting pieces and parts, and generally end up with RAM stuff when all said and done. So when I purchased a middle aged VW Golf TDI as a fun DD, but finding a good solid mount, out of the way, and unobstructive or showy was getting tough, until I found this....its perfect. Easy to install. out of the way but perfect position for access and sight, and haven't used a CD in years in anything. The value of this is beyond compare. Buying another for back-up. Very satified and highly recommend!

craig birtley: first thing i found out was the ball of the mount isnt exactly like a genuine garmin ball
my gps was not as firm when mounted
secondly when installed into the cd slot my vehicle thought there was an actual cd in the player
all other functions of the display were stopped
this may just be the response of a 2016 toyota tundra

Smerdley: Fit into the CD slot with no problems. It even put the Garmin up and out of the way of the touch screen, needed for other functions. Neither loose, nor difficult to install. Holds the Garmin securely with no shaking or other movement.

Kapil kharbanda: Works very well. If you have a CD slot in your car audio. It doesn't come off like suction cups. I don't use CDs so it works good. If someone uses audio CDs still, it's not for them.only drawback is it may widen the CD slot a bit
