David Paz: Purchased to replace an older but expensive set of similar design. This one is so much better than what we had. It feels high quality, was easy to install, the water stream is solid, handle is sturdy, stream switch works great, and the soap dispenser has great suction. Only issue is that the length of the hose extension could be longer, but it's functional as is. For the price and quality, I am extremely happy.

Mr Fugal: I bought this to replace a similar six year old Pfister model that developed a spray head hose leak. I probably could have warrantied the Pfister hose, but frankly I was so pissed off with the Pfister at this point, I decided to just replace it. I had to swap out the cartridge on the Pfister two months ago for the second time, and now the hose crapped out. I also didn't want to wait a week to have them ship me a new hose when I could get an entire faucet in 24 hours.

I'm a home renovation contractor, and normally I advise people to avoid off brand plumbing and electrical products as they tend to fail, but I'm justifying this purchase as a test. A name brand that cost me triple the price failed me three times in six years. Other than the landfill issue, if this one lasts two years at 1/3rd the price, I'm coming out ahead.
As far as I can tell, this faucet doesn't have a lifetime warranty on the finish, nor a cartridge warranty beyond one year. I have hard water, which is brutal on ceramic cartiridges, so we'll see how long it stands up.

The installation was super easy, but I've installed dozens of kitchen faucets over the years. Frankly a DIYer will have a tougher...

Jeff StearnsJeff Stearns: I got this faucet for less than half of what I expected to pay. It's a nice faucet that looks good and works well.

The sprayer can produce either an aerated stream or a spray. There's no annoying splash or overspray.

My only concern is the flexible water supply lines. They feel a bit flimsy. I may buy some replacements just to be more confident about leaks. (This style of supply lines are widely used on modern faucets, so it's easy to buy replacements from many different manufacturers. They are easy to unscrew and install by hand without any tools at all.)

HappyNana: I paid $40 for this faucet in September 2020, after the stellar reviews helped me get past my disbelief that you could get a working faucet for $40, let alone a great sprayer faucet. My apartment sink did not include a sprayer, and I had gone through many "sprayer gadget" attachments and was really wishing I could have a full-on sprayer that meshed better with the aesthetics and wasn't a space hog. This faucet checked all the boxes, including for my budget, especially being a renter.

I quickly discovered I would not be able to use the sprayer setting because it's just too strong, even on a low water pressure setting, and the strong force splashes water everywhere, including on me and the counters and floors. This surprised me because all of the cheap, tiny attachment gadgets I had used on my previous faucet, as well as a full-on snap-on hose attachment, had a sort of "soft spray" that didn't create a splash, even at full water pressure. So this was a disappointment, but I was excited enough to have a proper spray faucet that I just got used to not using the sprayer setting.

M Sumner: For those of you who have installed a standard faucet by crawling under the sink and threading on those hold downs, then threading and trying to wrench the flexible water lines to those inlets while holding the wrench at arm's length over your head.... You are going to love this install. First, there's only one stub running through the counter. So, there's only one retainer collar to install. And, the designers must've install a few sink lines, because they made this one so much easier than trying to wrench that big collar. You just tighten the collar hand tight while someone holds the faucet in position. Then, you tighten 3 screws in the collar (that can be easily accessed) to permanently install. After that, it's just attaching the already faucet mounted supply lines to your under sink valves...no pipe dope or teflon tape needed. This is decidedly, the easiest of any faucet install I've ever done. The only head scratcher was placing the weight for the sprayer, so that it wouldn't interfere with other plumbing and electrical lines under the cabinet. But, that was only a minute or two.
