LD: Love this faucet. The finish and style are outstanding. The sprayer set up is excellent. The buttons are hard plastic and should hold up after repeated daily wear and tear, unlike the rubber ones on our last faucet. Far superior to the last three faucets we had on our kitchen sink. And, it was so reasonably priced!

KL - Clermont: We installed on a Friday afternoon. The hardest part was removing the old faucet! We were very pleased with the ease of installation and the look of the faucet. However, it soon began leaking inside the on/off part. As it was now late on Friday and we were without water in our kitchen, we quickly ordered another faucet and initiated the return process for this faucet. The new faucet was delivered and installed on Saturday and works perfectly!. We are very pleased with the faucet and especially love the improvement in the water pressure and the scrubbing brush attachment! It's beautiful and looks great in our kitchen - a really nice update!. I would order it again.

MarkMark: I decided to give this no brand name faucet a try for four reasons; it has the handle for water control separate, decent reviews, cost effectiveness, and availability. They provide everything you need for installation which is really pretty straightforward. The instructions are not super detailed, but they tell you enough to get the job done. This replaced a Peerless faucet which was more expensive and I am happy to say we like this faucet better. This faucet allows for more pressure and regulating the temperature works much better. With the old Peerless, you had hot or cold but trying to have a middle warm was difficult. With this faucet finding warm is easy. You can set the spray for normal, spray or turbo. While turbo does seem to spray harder, it also tends to spray all over the place so you have to be careful when you use it. When you turn the faucet off it automatically goes back to the normal setting which I like. I also really like the soap dispenser that comes with the faucet as it has a nice fluid pump action that comes out without squirting too hard and it handles thick soap just fine. Jeffrey NgJeffrey Ng: Slight blemishes on the back of the faucet due to hot weather while in the box? Hope that it won't get worse under the hot sun. Water leaked out from the output when I took it out from the box. Wondering if it's returned defect item? Yet to be installed and tested.

MR DAVID LALONDE: We bought this to replace a very expensive Delta faucet that we had already replaced twice. The Delta cost $600.00 10 years ago, and when some small piece broke around 4 years ago we spent another $800.00 to purchase a whole new set (the holes in our counter are rather specific). The, low and behold, the Delta crapped out again on a small piece that can't be ordered and we had a choice of spending $1,100.00, or finding something new. I can't believe we ever spent that money on a set of taps to begin with. Well, we found this on Amazon, it arrived a couple of days after we ordered it, and let me some my review up by saying: fabulous!! Same, or better quality than the Delta. Looks better, pressure is better, wife is happier, easy to install. Thank God for Amazon. Those who criticize big stores like this seem to forget how so many of us, in smaller rural areas, were denied such great products, at exceptional value, for so many years. I am still savouring the Costco steak I ate for supper as I write this. The future is good!

Within those years I have made repairs do to low water pressure, or no hot or cold water. Between YouTube and labor intensive process of elimination, I was able to repair most problems. It Had excellent reviews and the price came in at about 70 % cheaper than the more reputable brands. At the same time we both said," hhmmm," sounds like a set up.
