Christian R. Koehler: The battery arrived with a dent, and I called MightyMax for a replacement. They were professional, and they sent me a replacement battery quickly. The battery was a perfect fit and easy installation. Great packaging from MightyMax, and the price was excellent too. Customer support was great in resolving my issue.

DCS: I've had this battery in use now for more than 6 months in an APC BE550G UPS unit without any problems. During this time, I've not had any long power outages, only short gliches that the UPS handled just fine. The battery was nicely packaged.

Golden Guy: I bought this 12V 9Ah UPS Battery Replacement for APC BE550G and was at first skeptical if this MightyMax battery would work well, but so far I am pleasantly surprised. It fit my APC UPS like a glove, was well packaged, easy to connect, and after a few weeks is still working well. I haven't had it long enough to determine how long it will last, but am optimistic at this point. I usually pay over $40 for a replacement battery so this is an outstanding value! I'll buy it again!
