The advantage is they will fit on oddly shaped chair legs. But they seem flimsy and don't look like they will last very long, and it isn't even clear which side is out.

These are on bar stools that are not used daily but often enough. It’s been 3 months since I put them on and the felt keeps coming unglued or shifts. The caps themselves keep sliding off about every 2 weeks. They are on 1 inch square legs. I have one child, who is older, so she doesn’t slide or play on them. Also, my pets hair sticks so fast to the bottom felt and to the glue whenever the felt shifts. I have to turn the stools over to hand pick off their fur every time I sweep. Since we don’t use the stools daily, I would think they would have not gotten worn down so quickly. Even if we did use daily, a life span longer than 3 months would be good.

Quick easy and doesn't take away the aesthetics of your furniture. It's rubber and if you're not careful the top part can tear but it still works 😉. I'd recommend this product.

These are easy to install and eliminates the squeaking noise when moving bar stools. It sometime pulls off if dragging the chair, but still much better vs. not having it on.

Arrived very promptly and they fit all the chair leg ends - front (3.4x3.4cms) and back (3.8x2.4 cms). They were a tight fit (necessary) and I was concerned they might tear but everything was OK. Time will tell as to how robust they are, but very pleased as of now.
