B: Sturdy handle. Says dishwasher safe, a bit unsure about how it will hold up but so far so good. Blade is large with a sharp front which is great for grilling.

A. Jones: Extremely sturdy. Well-made. However, it is very heavy in the hand and after several minutes it’s almost hard to lift if you have any arthritis issues.
