Hugh Mannfield: These are ideal for a large griddle but the smaller one works great with a frying pan. they are solid and well made. the sharp edges make it easy to keep the griddle surface clean, just be careful if you have a non stick surface. I got the wooden handles and they are well made, smooth and fit my hand comfortably. If you like to grill or fry these are a must for your kitchen.

Mr. Nick V: This set has a nice solid feel with a good edge to help break up items you are cooking. The small spatula is just the right size for me when cooking on my cast iron frying pan. The larger curved one is great for pancakes and omelettes on that same 12” pan. The largest is good for the grill but overkill for my 12” pan unless I’m making a mega burger!
