I purchased this item and briefly tested it and it worked for a few seconds. I had purchased another brand and that one was flawless, but the battery didn't last long. So I bought this brand because it can be a receiver and transmitter.
I foolishly took this to a concert and hooked it up. I heard the audio "dip" (become soft) then loud, but didn't think that much about it. Upon testing it would dip, drop out, stutter etc... It was a complete nightmare!!!!!
This unit is completely unreliable and to make matter worse, I missed the return window. I cannot recommend this at all. It is useless.

Happy ending received y free request I never requested compensation just submitted a rating seller contacted me offering
Wanting to make it right so since I couldn't receive a refund I was sent a replacement unit
the 3.5 keeps pulling out of the connector to the receiver..... That's why I originally provided 2 stars however when the seller saw that they reached out to me and offered a refund with no mention of one from me well I learned the card I purchased it with is no longer active so I figured it was over I told the seller the problem (hoping they didn't waste time and money on that refund that was going to fail) so I let them know and expected to just forget about it but I received another message from them and I don't believe it now they're going to send me a replacement although the product is extremely nice to have even though my current one is broken I have to change my rating to 5 stars anyone who stands behind their brand and product like that and owns every aspect is worth it can't wait to do more business with them it's nice to know how responsive and attentive they are you hope you never need them but it's comforting to have them there if...
