BingoFM: Each time you use the Sleep Timer, you have to reset the time because it does not save your last choice. Since I want to use it multiple times/night, it is a nuisance to try & reset it every time. You have to turn the light on to do it, thereby interrupting your sleep even more. The Timer set button is also the Time set button. So if you hold the button down too long, you end up changing the time, so your alarm won't go off at the right time in the morning.
Additionally, there is no volume knob - only presets. I find the second preset to be too low and the next one too loud.
Watching the video associated with the QR code gives better directions than the manual. But you may have to watch repeatedly to understand what she is saying, even though there are English subtitles.
Other than the problems listed above, it is an OK clock radio for my needs. But I will continue to search for a a replacement with better time & volume control. I hope other new clock radios have better designs than
this one.

lane: There is no way I can find to control the radio alarm volume, and it's set so loud that it has the potential to wake the whole household. To listen to the radio after the radio alarm goes off, one must get up, turn the alarm off, then turn the radio back on again. The volume for the radio is adjustable. I attempted to go on the website listed on the instruction sheet to get help, but the website wouldn't come up. In my opinion, not usable as a radio alarm. (Can't get the "beep" alarm to work at all.) Update: Although it doesn't alter the opinion on the above radio alarm, when the seller saw my comment, they were nice enough to send me a different radio alarm with volume control for the alarm. Thankfully their company does seem to read these reviews and act upon them. The radio alarm is the ANJANK. and it works great.

Jim M: I own a clock by this company (just a huge clock) and I love it (its claritY and adjustable brightness). When I saw they had an alarm clock (with FM radio) I bought one.
The clock is as good as the one I own and love. It's huge and can be very faint or very bright a user setting. The numbers/letters are quite clear and easy to read.
The alarm functions are also easy to use and dependable.
While I looked at, and played with the other features of the alarm clock (USB connection for phone, FM radio, etc.), those are NOT the features that I was concerned with and this review is based solely on my use of the item as an alarm clock.

kelly dkelly d: The media could not be loaded. This is a great sized display in relation to the amount of space the actual clock takes up on the table. It has all of the features you would need in a clock radio including snooze, battery back up, sleep timer, FM radio, and an optional dimmer that I find extremely useful and a nice added bonus! It's great to have the Play on its highest setting if the room is bright as it makes the numbers much easier to see. At the same time, it's nice to be able to dim it in a dark room or for someone who is a light sleeper and sensitive to bright lights.
The fact that the display is so large and the unit itself is relatively narrow makes it easy to find a place for it even on the most crowded or small table.

Read instructions on how to get the alarm mode off. It is difficult to get in off mode. I woke up 4 days in a row at 5:30am when didn’t need to because when you hit the button to shut alarm off. It shuts alarm off but! If you don’t want to wake up the next morning that early make sure alarm mode is off!!
