Bernard: I would update my review only for the fact customer service Does pay attention to the reviews and will male itbright not buy this product it doesn’t have the mirror function at all the. Instruction book even says it’s supposed to but it doesn’t the thing lags so bad it doesn’t even work most of the time and the touch screen is one of the quality I’ve seen. And the backup camera didn’t work. When I messaged them I for a replacement or refund they told me that the product l1 year warranty promised with the product wasn’t valid that there was only a 30 day window!!

KenKen: I bought this to replace my tired old factory head unit in my 2005 Pontiac and I actually got it for around $100 with taxes...

it arrived in a plain brown cardboard box but it was packed nicely and had everything that was suppose to be included in the box. I'm pretty resourceful but I'm not a professional car stereo installer.. If you are creative you wont have any real issues figuring out how to mount this..

I'll say this though...there's no sense to by anything to help you install it. You'll have to retrofit it by either drilling new holes or making something yourself to mount it.

Anyone that's having issues with the Bluetooth having no sound and just getting radio sound....don't connect the blue amp/ant wires to the red or yellow wires it might or might not work but it will drain out your battery. I connected the blue ANT wire to the Key 2 wire which when my ignition is switched on powers my factory amp and the radio actually turns off when I open my car door or after 10 minutes automatically if I'm sitting in the car.

Also I would highly suggest that when you get this up and running to use a car launcher either agama or carwebguru or nova launcher...

CutRightSharpeningCutRightSharpening: Purchased this on August 15, 2019 and had a go around with the seller about the camera because I got the mistaken impression from the description that the camera was wireless. Seller refused return/refund. We eventually reached an agreement but I had to keep the unit.
I toyed with using it as a door camera and even putting the wired camera on a remote controlled pan/tilt so I could use it as an outdoor security camera. Nothing worked well, so it laid around collecting dust until I bought a 2013 Ford Transit Connect XLT that was easy to install a wired camera in.
I had to make a custom camera mount because the supplied mount simply would not let me tilt the camera down enough to see the back of my carrier on the back of the van.
