Alondra: I love this tool! Helps with deshedding not all but most of my dogs that come in for a deshed ! While is not my only tool I use I still love it ! Unfortunately I had a dog knock it out of my hand and one of the tooths broke off!! Definitely hurt my heart but I still would buy this over and over again !

Whilst we’d used a Furninator tool to do his back, he wouldn’t tolerate it on his legs at all, and his feathers were getting really long and tangled.

I’ve bought lots of tools - and hesitated about spending more money on yet another that didn’t work.

But straight away the results were impressive!
It didn’t get tangled in his fur.
It almost glides through.

And the amount of fur that came out - that’s from one short use (before he got fed up). Super easy to use and has made an immediate impact on his coat.

Much of the light, old coat is gone and he is back to a glossy dark chocolate colour.

I’m almost excited to use it again and finally day goodbye to all that straggly old fur. It’ll make life so much easier this winter when he’s getting wet almost every walk.

Superb tool and I would recommend it to every spaniel owner, even though whose dogs don’t really like being groomed.

I found it super satisfying - so by the end of day one, I had a huge pile of fur (second photo).

Mom: When we neutered our show cocker, we knew his coat texture was going to change - and, indeed, he did end up with volumes of curly undercoat. Even after cutting him down and using various stripping knives, the dandelion effect was pretty obvious.

Show friends recommended this inexpensive deshedding tool - and I'm astonished by the amount of undercoat it is pulling out. It removes the cotton and leaves the top coat. With regular use, I'm pretty sure that I'm going to get his coat almost back to the texture he had when he was still showing.

Heather WolfHeather Wolf: This is hands down, the best matted fur tool that I have been able to find. I've used so many over the years and this is the best I have found so far, for use on my wooly husky with matted fur. With this tool, I've been able to make a lot more progress, a lot quicker than with any of the others I tried.

First picture is from the shelter. Stressed, skinny, blowing her coat. Second is current and third is so you can see the matts are mostly gone. Still blowing her coat (aren't they always?) and she's very sensitive about her rear end, so I'm still working on those bit by bit.

Mrs Carter: My Newfoundland X Pyrenean is a bit of a diva and used to run away from brushes. This resulted in expensive,embarrassing visits to the groomers which he hates even more.
Now he's happy to stand still and let me give him a good brush. It removes all the knots and leaves his coat feeling great.
I've just ordered a spare in case I lose this one.

Ela B.: I have an adult shaggy golden retriever who sheds a lot and have used a number of "undercoat" brushes, and combs to untangle matted hair, but with limited success. This tool is different and I wish I had discovered it years ago! I recently came across it at a self-serve doggy wash parlor. I use it to gently comb through my dog's wet coat while bathing her (I use Skouts Honor Probiotic Detangler on her matted hair first to soften). I also use this tool to comb through her dry coat and it is equally effective. But, I don't use this tool as a replacement brush and don't use it everyday because it is so effective: I am concerned to remove too much hair. But please be gentle when using this tool, mindful that it has teeth and is designed to grab at the coat. Sturdy, easy to clean. Excellent quality.

Gaia: Ho uno shnauzer nano di 8 mesi e si riempie di sottopelo proprio perché non perde nulla va slanato in continuazione altrimenti diventa un maremmano nano :) comunque questo attrezzo funziona benissimo... è rapido il lavoro perché porta via tanto tanto sottopelo. Certo il cane deve collaborare ma il mio alla fine si era abbandonato sul tavolo... mi è piaciuto proprio!
