hsgirl: We have miniature horses that we body clip for horse shows, some years I do 60 body clips in run of the year. I used to have Double K clippers heavy duty motor with long cord...that EVERYONE uses for minis. But tired of fighting heavy cord hurt my wrist...SO tried one of these and SOLD my Double Ks. I also clip my cocker spaniel so there is plenty of haircuts here. They dont get too hot, LOVE LOVE the ceramic blade it came with can clip 3 horses with it at least before starts getting little dull. They are so Light to hold. Have 3 so keep 1 in house for dog, 2 for us in the barn to clip more than one horse at a time.

michele bailey: I use it to groom my dog. I like that I can use my Oster blades on it. The different speeds are very helpful when working around the dogs face and feet etc.

Big B: Purchased this product after watching a few videos online how to properly groom a doodle. Used them a few days after they arrived and they work great. I purchased a 9 piece set of Andis comb attachments. Considering a full grooming is about $135 in my area (tax and tip in), this set will be paid for in no time.

Arcy: It is a great clipper. I did a lot of research before I bought it (this is my first clipper) and this was the best option to groom my dog at home. It is very quiet and it doesn't bother my dog at all. The only complain I have which is really not about the clipper but it is about the 10 blade that comes with it. I am very meticulous when it comes to my belongings. I like to take good care of everything a have so it last longer and serves me well. Having said that, I wash the blade every time I use it. I clean, spray, lubricate and wipe the blade and clipper before I put everything away back in the original box. Well, this last time I used it, I opened the box and found the blade with lots of oxidized marks. Like freckles. I know I didn't leave it wet, so I was quite disappointed to find the blade in this condition. I don't know what else I could've done different to avoid this since I have been very careful from the beginning taking all the necessary steps so this wouldn't happen and it still did.
