B. MCPHEEB. MCPHEE: I found a perfect time clock on Amazon. I give it a 10.
The light display is customizable. I set it for a bright contrast in my office. It fits easily below my Gaming monitor screen a top of the computer stand.
Definately makes life easier to glance at the time instead of leaning over to squint at the miniscule date on the corner of the monitor.
The temperature of the room is listed and it plugs into a C-cord charger cable. I did not add batteries.
Hoping it will last a long, long time.

Cozzy: This is a nice size and the numbers are visible from several feet away. You can easily adjust the brightness of the display, and the lowest setting is pretty dim which is nice for use in the bedroom. I find this clock very easy to use. Easy to set, easy to adjust the brightness of the display, easy to adjust the volume of the alarm. The display always shows the day, date, time, & temperature. It runs on 3 AAA batteries (not included) but if you want the clock to display all the time, it needs to be plugged into a USB outlet (the USB cord is provided). Otherwise, the display will be dark until you push a button on the top so the display will light for a few seconds then it will go dark again. But it IS keeping time while the display is off, so you don't have to reset the clock each time. (It also has a setting to show a 12 or 24 hour clock.)

Corinne Mazerov: Sorry I purchased this. BEWARE senior citizens! This clock has NO memory. If power is interrupted or lost, every thing on the clock needs to be reset. The clock needs to be set up at the place that it is to be plugged in. It is to be attached to a computer, although you can buy an attachment so it can be plugged into an outlet. (How many people have a computer next to their bed?) Buy a clock that has a back-up battery for emergencies.

William J Jr.: Bought this clock by accident hoping it was auto set by satellite. It is not that type. The display was big and easy to read. This dest or night stand clock has no provision to wall mount if you want that option. Has AAA battery back up and controls are easy to understand. Has big bright display. Returned to Amazon because no satellite easy set if power is lost. Makes a nice clock for desk or night stand. Now ment for wall mount.
