Chris K.Chris K.: This was easy for me to set up.. window covers are hung from anchor points which will be silent to open.. shoot through mesh is not replaceable so that is a problem I will eventually have to cross..the blind stakes leave a lot to be desired but I got better stakes I will use to secure the blind to the ground..perfect size for 1 bow hunter .. 2 gun or crossbow hunters would be tight.. will update on durability..my blind is in the pic, it blends in well and will test your eyes to see it.. lol

andrew: I'll start with the only con is there are pin holes in some of the seems, but a little gorilla tape never hurt. Pros. The whole thing is light and easy to unpack and repack for new location if you wanted. Total time opening the box and taking it out of said box and out the carrier plus setup was maybe 5 minutes. I mean pull the tabs and it snaps in place. To take it down just push the tabs in. If you need instructions for it I'm willing to bet you need the sticker on the lawnmower to tell you not to stick you fingers in while the blade is running.

Colin J.: Size is adequate. Not large. Fabric is tough. Open lower corner should be proveved with a tie?
“Replaceable mesh windows are not available from parts stock? So it’s one and done!
The mesh windows attach with Velcro. Very noisy to open. I guess they are “must shoot through”
The window covers close with “toggle bones”. Very awkward to use. Takes 2 hands and good vision in low light. I felt zi needed to improvise an alternate. Shame on Ameristep designers.
The hub system has been set up numerous times . Seems good . I worked out a set up procedure based on instructions.
I like the coating on the inside. Some signs of minor disbanding . We will see how it stands up to use.

Gabriel from CanadaGabriel from Canada: Bought the same one in 2019 and was fairly good value for the money with a decent quality. Used it successfully for 4 seasons for turkey until last fall when before I had a chance to removed it after turkey season ended, a very powerful storm ripped it apart beyond repair.
This one is, as you can see in the pictures full of tiny holes and see-through patches. Worse quality than previous one. We'll see how it performs. For the money ($180 CAD) I hope I get at least 4 seasons as well.

Sterling PhelpsSterling Phelps: Great blind for the $70. It does have stitching holes at the seams, but so does my $350 rhino. These are not rips, or tears, but mearly needle holes that can be sealed if you wish. I have set in this blind in a down pour, and have not gotten one drop of rain on me. Condensation does build up heavily on the ceiling on freezing mornings, but the angle of the roof causes the moisture to run down the sides, and not drip on you. Again my expensive blind does this.
Two people "can" fit in this blind, but that is it...they fit. This is the same with all blinds, tents, stands, boats. If you want to have two hunters in a blind, buy a bigger blind. I bought, and use this as a one man blind. I am not going to buy a 4'7"X4'7" tent and cry because two 250lb men aren't comfortable inside. Also I've seen bad reviews about the velcro mesh...IT'S SHOOT THRU MESH!!! Stop messing with it while your hunting.
The door is a problem. It's small, for no reason. I have face planted going into the blind a couple times. The zipper is loud (also on my $350 blind), and I feel it should have a fiberglass rod, with toggles as an option for while you're in the blind, so you don't scare every deer within...

GT Dude: First time I tried setting this blind up was a challenge I could not do it by myself. I learned that the bottom had to be pegged down to the ground before opening. The pegs that the Blind came with is too small and puny, I had to get better quality pegs which I had from my camping tents.
The door is small for big hunters with large coats on, you have to squeeze in through the door. The realtree camo pattern is very nice and realistic, the Windows are large enough and well placed for a good all round view.
It is not very heavy which is nice and it comes with a nice storage bag with a shoulder strap for carrying.
It is definitely comfortable for one guy, maximum 2 hunters.

Amazon Customer: Well. I put it up last week. I am sure the deer were wondering what kind of animal I was being attacked by. I probably should have read the instructions a little bit. I eventually won the battle. It is now in place and staked down. It anxiously is awaiting our rematch when it comes time to put it back in the bag. To be continued.

Sasquatch: Dollar use value is under valued - i bought on prime day for 79
Enough for two people
easy peasy sasquatch setup
There are some small holes in the seams but thats why they make seam sealer - dont complain about it just fix it or throw it away. If you are umbday enought to sit in a blind with holes and have water come in then it true - you caint fix umbday.
Fast, forgiving - used it three seasons and still together but i do wax the zippers and take my timme setup and breakdown not leaving any bugs, leaves or rodent entry points.
