SummerSummer: This is a must have for food coloring whether it's cakes/frosting or any desserts. I use this as a starter for pinks or even reds, just by using a small drop. It really helps bring out the color. On it own, you'll need to add a few extra drops, or even take 1/4 of the icing and microwave it(then mix back in) to get the true neon color.

Mrs. Stricklin: AmeriColor gels do not require a lot to get the color saturation you need, which means no bad taste! It is super easy to get a nice vibrant pink with electric pink. It also makes a good fuchsia when mixed with a bit of electric purple.
