DownnyourheartDownnyourheart: Ordered to make this cake. I will never go back to the other well known brand. I used this in my real chocolate modeling clay and in candy melts for molds. You dont have to use the whole bottle as with other brands.

SummerSummer: The one I received was already opened. Used it to test some old chocolate that I wasn't planning on eating. These do work but you'll need a lot, and need to use a base color and build up from there. I've been told they color buttercream the best, even more than standard gel color.

Dina Cole-Hodges: I bought this with the thought of achieving this certain rich, deep purple for my chocolate candy that I can't seem to find in the pre colored candy... It gave me a very light lavender n then it made it to violet... It seems like I'd have to use a third of the bottle just to get it to the color I want. However, since I was in a jam, I was able to use it to color my fondant, and my icing wonderfully! The fondant became that beautiful rich purple I was looking for. So it wasn't a waste.
