He looks patriotic as hell, and I can’t wait to take him swimming to test it out! I also really love that there’s a leash clip on the back of it by the handle, which I didn’t realize when I bought it!

LindseyLindsey: We wanted to love this life jacket. Print and sizing are great (size small for our 17 pound dog), but the quality is seriously lacking. After using for a few hours on the lake, we noticed one of the body straps started to fray. Now that strap is completely useless as it's frayed so much that's it's too short to strap around the dog.

This purchase made my life so much easier on the boat with my dog. It supports her so well that she just floats and paddles around. Before this she was constantly on and off the boat. This has allowed her to be in the water and float with us without her getting exhausted. She spent 30 minutes in the water before she asked to get back in the boat, which means I can relax now. The handle on the top is easier for getting them out and it has Velcro to close, so there are no buckles with extra strap hanging for the them to get caught on something

Jesse JohnsonJesse Johnson: The sizing guide was perfect, and the life jacket is very secure on my dog. Other life vests I’ve tried for him are very flimsy and detach/move around way too easily. This one has large Velcro plus the normal plastic clips to keep it in place on your dog!
