Donald WeasenforthDonald Weasenforth: I have used this cilantro for several dishes including tacos and a creamy lime cilantro chicken (pictured). It’s a very good garnish and a fairly good ingredient. It has a good flavor and is fresh enough. There’s nothing like fresh cilantro, but this is a good alternate if fresh is not available or is too expensive.
