After 2 years of washing both in the dishwasher, both still work perfectly!
Side-by-Side ice retention is the exact same!
Some of the paint is imperfect around the edges of the ALOUFEA but it's barely noticeable.
I recommend buying this cheap tumbler. I usually even swap lids with the YETI if it happens to be on top of the drawer.

Amazon Customer: In addition to what everyone else is saying, I just want to touch on how it truly is leak proof!! I can completely flip it over and NOTHING will spill. Not even a drop. However, if the liquid you put in it is super hot, the lid will rise up which will not make it leak proof (but that’s just because of the reaction with heat and metal, not the manufacturer’s fault). Once my drink has sat for a minute or so, the lid is back to being sealed. I love this tumblr! It’s so easy to just toss in my purse and I don’t even worry about it leaking.
