Christina Hays: This is a decent bike trailer for the money. I use the 2 seater one, but mostly just for my one kid. The seat is really shallow so it is hard to buckle him. I'm not worried about that and he seems to put up with the uncomfortable buckles just fine. Even with the the straps maxed out, the crotch strap barely reaches around my 3 year old.

Shiro: The good:
1. High quality fabric
2. Sturdy frame
3. 5 point harness
4. Storage space
5. Large spoked wheels
6. Most importantly, my child agrees to sit in it!

The Bad:
1. Hard to assemble and dismantle this not as portable
2. The wheel axel mechanism seems just too rudimentary , held by cotter pin & bolt. While so far no issues just looks like it will get snagged on when biking on any outcropping grass, roots etc
3. The trailer is not as nicely ventilated
4. NO ADAPTERS FOR stealth through axels (typical in new mtbs) you may need new axel to be able to attach to bike.

Suzy: I bought this because of the need to get laundry to the laundromat since our vehicles broke down and we've been unable to locate the parts needed for the repair to get it up and running.
Thankfully we own bikes so we're able to get around without bothering others for our transportation needs and this trailer has came in so handy. We've used it for laundry, grocery shopping, and taking our dog with us to places for a bit of fun and relaxation.

TriniQueenTriniQueen: UPDATE: I got in touch with customer service, and within days I received a replacement connector. Now I’m very pleased with how it works, and have been using it to carry my 3 year old around while his big sister and I go on bike rides!

Not sure if this is a subtle design flaw, but the holes on the connector are not aligned with the hitch, so the pin cannot fit through, rendering this attachment entirely useless. I’m very disappointed, as I was so looking forward to using this.
I’ll reach out to customer service to see if they can replace the connector for me, because it’s asinine that the pin cannot fit. Mind you, this is the connector that came with the carrier.

ZaZzA: While other reviews say you can't collapse it easily, I disagree. We collapse it after every use. It may take 2 minutes and not just 10 seconds like other more expensive trailers, but that is worth it to me to make sure it doesn't take up so much space.
We have 1 year old twins, so for that it is great, but I honestly have no idea how 2 children older than 3 or 4 can sit in it comfortably. But to each their own.
We like that it has a little storage in the back and that it can be used with only the bug net or the rain cover.
However, we did find one flaw. The flag poked itself through the fabric after only a couple of uses. So we taped duct tape around the end of the flag pole to make it thicker and not as sharp. That's working so far.

I think this is a great alternative to all the expensive trailers out there.

DaveW: Unbelievable Value!...I gotta give u high marks on this Amazon as this was far above expectations!...Anyways bought the last used one available for 20 dollars less than the news ones listed here on Amazon. I was expecting a little wear or use because of 'used' listing but was surprised to find that the tires and accessories were still in original plastic outfits and there was no scratches or unwanted signs of wear on the unit!...Also this product was delivered 3 FULL days EARLIER than listed -> INCREDIBLE shipping speeds! I just test drove it right out of the box after a 5 minute assembly (real easy using pin system) and the pod is smooth and follows real nice, a truly nice ride! I've read a few negative remarks before buying and I'll have to disagree...My daughter is 7 (disabled) and weighs just over 50 pounds ,-> max is 100 pounds limit. She didn't seem cramped or lack of leg room as I was anticipating. I only have to cart around 1 child though. Might be uncomfortable with 2 kids but can be done with a little adjustment of positions and strap harnesses. Also the drink holders are an added touch too. Liked it as much as my previous Schwinn carriage for a bargain of a price!...
