Clarice N: I was looking for something to help one of my dogs during fireworks. She gets terrified by the noise. Not surprising as she had a bullet in her leg when I got her from the shelter. After the first new year fireworks, I had hoped she would be better because she would be more comfortable at our home. Unfortunately, she was just as scared the following Fourth of July. So I got the Hemp Calm. What a huge difference. Now she can sleep through loud thunder and fireworks. She is so much more relaxed if I give these in anticipation of these situations.

Erika S. Hanson: I have been concerned with my corgi puppies behavior since the beginning. I have had other puppies but none showed this behavior. She wouldn't sleep, couldn't stop panting, and her heart rate never seemed to slow. Despite exercise, even to a mildly excessive point for a puppy that age, it was not possible for her to calm herself. Despite high-calorie food she kept loosing weight and biting at the sky. We were at our wits' end. I tried other calming treats, but you would think I didn't give her anything.
I gave her one according to the instructions and once again, nothing happened. I decided to risk it and give her two because she her behavior seemed to be getting worse despite the "stimulation/attention diet" and plenty of exercise. She was panting 24/7 and constantly biting the air. I felt horrible, but I tried giving her two the next day. It seems to have done the trick. She is still active and running around to play, but she isn't panting unless she is being active and she takes some breaks when she needs them. The snapping of the air significantly decreased. Between the training methods for active puppies and the treatment, she is acting more like a normal, active...

P. HarrisP. Harris: I was skeptical that anything could tame our beasts... Every time we both leave for doctor appointments etc we watch our RING cams completely helpless while they devour everything in sight. We've lost two sectional couches, countless pillows, remotes, rugs, you name it... their taste buds like it. Completely desperate we took a shot on the liver flavor of these hemp treats. Each of our Danes got 4 each. it didn't completely honk them out, but TOTALLY erased their separation anxiety issues. For the first time ever, we came home to ZERO furniture mutilations or deceased pillows... They managed to drag pillows into the yard, but NEVER ripped them apart... UNHEARD OF for our furry devils! We just bought the maximum strength and can't wait to try those next. Where can we buy stock in this company???
UPDATE: the maximum strength have an adverse effect on our dogs and makes them hyper. Suggest getting regular strength. See third pic for what happened on max strength.

Cindy T.Cindy T.: Got this for my weimaraner pup, fearing he'd be a mess during the 4th of July fireworks displays that take place in our neighborhood. He was not exposed to loud fireworks last year since he was only 8 weeks old & didn't experience such sounds last year. Come to find out, he was perfectly fine with the neighbor's fireworks displays this year, but these chews helped serve another purpose. It helps chill him out just enough to focus on training. These things have worked wonders for him with learning the things I've been teaching him. I'm honestly amazed at just how fast he's learning things. Weims are very intelligent dogs that learn things fast, but they're also naturally caffeinated dogs that let their hyper nature interfere with how long it takes then to learn something... you've gotta find the right moment when they're focused to learn. My boy has learned so much since taking these chews. I give them to him once a day & I don't always give him the full amount every day. He's never refused to take them & sometimes I crumble them up into his food. These things are great to help with training. I wish I had known about these with our past Weims we've had over the years....

GEEGEE: Our 9 month old 55 pound 1st generation mini-Golden-Mountain-Doodle is now a rambunctious and sweet family member. Because of his high energy level and obsessive food drive, we occasionally give him a small portion of this product with good results. He is much calmer but hasn’t decreased his food drive unfortunately. However, if we give him more than a big pinch off one end of a treat, he acts like he’s hallucinating. He acts strangely - looks around as if he doesn’t know where he is and walks around lost. Sometimes he even gets hyper but, again, because he’s out of touch. I just do not understand how this could happen. I haven’t checked the expiration date, but will do so. Has anyone else noticed this change in behavior?
