LenoreLenore: OMGoodness. I was so excited to get this grill. But the moment I took it out of the box I knew there was a problem. However I put it together any. Plastic, plastic plastic flimsy. The only credit I can give it that it cooks very well. Only problem is the sides melted even around the electric cooking pronges. Now I have to take it apart and send it back. I wouldn't purchase this potentail fire hazard

AnnieB512: It's flimsy and you have to add water so the tray doesn't melt. It was the least expensive electric outdoor grill I could find, but it was way overpriced for what it is. I wouldn't recommend this grill.

Chloe: I cannot believe I had this electric grill by such a low price. As a charcoal only griller, I always think electric grill just lost a lot of fun until first time I used this. It actually saves time and full of fun. Open the box, make things together in several minutes according to instructions, then put into sockets, turn on switch and add some water on the plate. After that, I put food on the grill rack, it's ready to go. I cooked burgers and some beef, there is no smoke at all after first 3 minutes. DO REMEMBER! ALWAYS ADD WATER ON THE PLATE UNDER GRILL RACK!!! Super easy to clean afterwards, and the size is just right which will not occupy a lot space. Btw, it's w beautiful box, will buy one for my brother on his birthday. All good, it takes me back to BBQ life in winter.

Ru Zhang: This is perfect for a party. Easy to use, smokeless, fast heat up, keep warm mode.. 5 people enjoyed bbq at the same time. The stand is not so stable but it's all right. I'm so good at grilling now.
