A'damNY: I have been using Thermacare heat patches for years. They're great but they are expensive, especially if you use them often. I purchased this heated neck wrap to use at night, while I'm sitting on the sofa reading or watching TV. It helps with neck pain (fibromyalgia). If I need something during the day or when I will be moving around a lot, I will still use the Thermacare patches, but I think this scarf will pay for itself. I have to add that the item was shipped inside a box that arrived undamaged, but the product box inside was crushed and broken in places. Thankfully, everything inside was packaged well and nothing was damaged. This scarf material is super soft, and the scarf is comfortable to wear. I like that there are three different heat selections, and it's easy to recharge.

Lynn: This product works well and is easy to use. I bought this as a replacement for one I already had. I use it to relieve neck pain and headaches. But please add some different color choices! There are 3 choices now but they are all gray! How about blue or pink or tan?
