Tima B.: I purchased this cat house with the intention of providing a comfortable shelter for my cats. However, the assembly process took more than an hour, and I encountered challenges due to poorly positioned roof holes. I had to create new openings to properly attach it to the rest of the structure. The wood used in the construction does not also meet the expected quality standards. Given these concerns, I have reservations about the long-term durability of the house, especially in colder climates like Canada.

Andrew Lancaster: Well made outdoor shelter for cats. Assembly was straightforward; I would highly recommend using a power drill/driver to put it together. It’s definitely doable with a traditional manual screwdriver but it would be a lot more work.

Frederick P.: The package was well-packed, and arrived in excellent condition. It assembled relatively easy, and it was not necessary to pre-drill any holes. Only half of the pieces were lettered for assembly...it took about 45 minutes to assemble. One recommendation is to "LETTER ALL PIECES"; thereby, shaving about 15 minutes off of the assembly time. All components are sturdy; and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Now...if I can just persuade my cats to start using it! They are a little intimidated by it's new presence.

The design or model is practical, unique and functional to accommodate 3 adult cats. It is worth every penny. This cat house is already outside for our friendly feral cats that always come to see us.

AzGAzG: Easy to put together, had no issues. It does have a slight chemical paint odor. We Thompson water sealed it which helped decrease the odor and improve its water resistance. It seems to be made of some type of lighter weight wood, so water sealing it was a must. Plus it made the paint look 100% better.

T. Kelly: We ordered this and…Fedex lost it, delivered it to a house 4 miles away. I contacted the seller, and they sent us another, no problem! Four days later, the person who’s home it was delivered to tracked us down and brought it by. I contacted the seller again to tell them, but they’d already shipped the second one out…I asked how to return the second one and they told me to keep it for the neighborhood cats!

Best interaction with an Amazon seller yet! And the product is easy to assemble and works great!

C.. W: Real thin cheap wood, will probably need a heating pad in winter. Instructions kinda suck too. Feet rubbers should go on first, couple pre drilled holes missing, and small misprint on p3 screws step should be easy fixes for vendor.
