Amazon Customer: This cleaner is guaranteed to fail!!! It will work in the beginning and will do a great job but you will not get more than a few weeks and if you are lucky you might get the majority of the summer but that’s it. I bought the first one in the summer of 2022. It worked for 3 weeks and then the power stopped going to the wheels. Dealing with customer service was very difficult and stressful but eventually they agreed to send me a new machine. At that point the summer was pretty much over so I stored it for the winter and used the new one in the summer of 2023. Again, it worked for 3 weeks and then stopped working. The machine wouldn’t move. Again, I reached out to customer service and explained the situation. This time they refused to issue a new one and said they will give me a $50 credit. I will not purchase these machines again as they will not making it more than a few weeks if you are lucky. Sadly, it does work well. But they do not last. I would never recommend this product to anyone knowing it will not last

9/7/23. Several months after the customer service circus, Aiper sent a replacement charging cable which didn't work, but I appreciate the effort to try figuring out the problem. Aiper sent me a refurbished pool cleaner of the same model that works perfectly after I sent the defective model to them. This is to update my review to "satisfied customer."

Art B: I purchased the previous generation of this robot pool cleaner back in March of 2021. My use was not for a pool but for my parents' in-ground feature fountain in their backyard. The small size of this robot worked perfectly for their in-ground fountain. I ran the robot weekly to keep their fountain dirt and debris free. The robot worked great and picked up leaves, dirt and bugs. It is extremely easy to use and more importantly, easy to clean!
Fast forward approximately 1 year, as I ran the robot as I normally do, I noticed it wasn't moving. Turns out one of the wheels broke off. The vertical stem on top of the wheel that secures to the robot body had broken off, rendering the robot useless and unable to move.
I was genuinely disappointed and decided to reach out to Aiper customer service. I described what had happened to the robot and sent a picture of the broken wheel. I didn't have a alot of expectations about getting any help. Honestly, I was expecting the email to go into a black hole and I would never hear back. To my surprise, I got an email reply back first thing Monday morning! (I had emailed them during the weekend.)

ArdenaArdena: The media could not be loaded.  We have an above ground vinyl pool that is constantly in need of leaf and debris removal from the bottom. Before we would have to actually get in and kick all the gross debris up with our feet and then scoop it out with the pool net, NOT ANYMORE! This cordless pool vacuum is AWESOME!!! It took less than 3 hours for the 1st initial charge. There is a convenient charging LED indicator light on the AC plug that stays red while charging and turns green when done. The soft silicone debris "scrappers" were super easy to click into place on the underside of the vacuum along with the plastic handle on top. You do need a screwdriver to attach the top handle but the two screws were provided. The power button on the bottom of the vacuum is easy to push on and off.
