Jytte Heidorn: The machine makes coffee just fine and keeps it warm for a good while. We set the times feature once but then it wouldn't let us change the time anymore however customer service was very helpful and helped us solve the problem. However now it won't empty the water in the tank anymore. Going to contact customer service again.

Not enough cups which I must of missed, the stainless steel sides do not allow you to see how much coffee is left in there and finally my husband just wanted simple on and off features not all the programmable ones.

Renee Davis: I was looking for a carafe drip coffee maker to try some new coffee selections that are not offered in pods. This coffee maker is easy to use and makes great coffee from the first pot. I would have liked a 12 cup but it only came in 10cup. One design flaw-you can’t take the filter basket out to rinse. It comes with a cone mesh filter. You can remove and use paper filters which I do. Hope you like it. You’ll love the flavor of the coffee.

millie: This is an OK coffee maker. It is not 10 cups. The 6th picture clearly shows the water line at an 8 cup maximum. The write-up states to fill it above the max line for 10 cups, but if you fill it just a tad above the 8 cup line, the water escapes through the hole in the reservoir. Yes, it has an anti-drip design, you have to hold down the little stem on the lid to pour, but the coffee pours out at a fast dribble, which causes splashing. The thermos jar doesn't empty completely. The 4th picture states the filer basket is washable, but it also shows the funnel as being washable, which is misleading, because it does not detach from the coffee maker. I think the coffee could be hotter. I do use half and half in my coffee, so if you drink it black, it's probably fine. Stays hot (but not enough for me) about an hour. Shuts off automatically after brewing. You can also use a #4 cone paper filter, which I prefer. No messy grounds to deal with or residue in the last of the coffee. Digital controls and LCD display work fine. Would I buy this coffee maker again? No. Am I looking at other coffee makers? Yes.

Diane Serlin: The pot holds 8 cups, not 10. The water Guage on the side confirms a maximum of 8 cups. The filter seems flimsy..it would be easy to poke a hole in it. Not easy to clean as the plastic cone that holds the filter is not removeable. It is easy to use. The coffee isn't hot enough, nor does it stay warm
