Dave M: Having worked as a body man for 25 years I had my doubts but it proved to be a great little tool. My son had a dented van at his work so I bought this to see if I could remove dent. It did a nice job and if I had more time could of repaired even better. First it helps to know a little about how metal stretches with pressure. Where to start to pull and how to dolly dents. Lots of vids on that. I found a lot of glue works best. Let fully dry. Use on factor paint or could pull paint off. Use wax and grease remover first to clean area. May take a couple of times to pull. If you have to pull same area again make sure to clean again to remove alcohol residue or glue will not stick well. And alcohol to clean up after all is done. Then wax area. Good luck.

Jalynn: I used this for my car hail damage this afternoon. It works on a very small dent. Not really help me to remove my car dents. Maybe I didn’t use it the right way. I will try again next week.

Amazon Customer: I followed the directions to a tee multiple times and didn't have any success. The glue bond is not strong enough to pull out a dent. As soon as you pull with any force, the glue detaches from the dent. It wasn't even close to working.

Darling Nikki: I recently bought an old wheelchair accessible van. I got a great deal, but it was a little banged up. It's only cosmetic so I didn't want to spend a lot of money getting it fixed. I was concerned that I would not be able to do this on my own, but I figured it was worth a shot considering the low price. Much to my surprise, it works great and doesn't take much time. It was simple enough to use that I was able to do it on my own.
